Shelter Slumber Pawty!

  • St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center 575 Woodland Avenue Madison, NJ 07940 USA (map)

Get your jammies ready -- it’s Slumber Pawty time!

St. Hubert's is thrilled to partner with animal welfare organizations across the country for the 2025 Shelter Slumber Pawty!

On Saturday, April 5th, St. Hubert's staff, volunteers, and supporters will spend 24 hours eating, sleeping, and pawty-ing with the adoptable animals in our shelter. We'll have a blast eating pup-corn, playing games, and snuggling up with our resident dogs and cats - all while raising funds for the animals.

With your help, we're hoping to reach our ambitious fundraising goal of $50,000. Be sure to follow along in the fun on our Facebook and Instagram pages; it's gonna be a howling good time!

Why help us?

History of helping people and pets. For 85 years, St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center has been dedicated to helping animals in need, regardless of species, size, or temperament. With a people-focused, community-based approach, we treat every animal as an individual and emphasize specialized care for both animals and their families. St. Hubert’s supports New Jersey communities with programs that help animals stay with their families, such as pet food banks, vaccine clinics, and emergency pet boarding.

Our WayStation program. St. Hubert's Waystation program is the nation’s preeminent transport program and has moved over 20,000 pets from areas of need to places of opportunity through a network of more than 90 sheltering organizations.

Through our Give Back program, we have invested more than $350,000 back into our source shelter partners whose communities are often struggling under the weight of pet overpopulation so that they can address the root causes in their own community, based on their unique needs.

We are reimagining animal welfare and building a world where animals and the people who love them can thrive.

We're so grateful for our tremendous community of animal lovers who help make our critical lifesaving work possible. Join us to continue our legacy in animal care!
