Mini Critter Camp for 4th - 6th graders

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 4 & FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 5

9:00AM - 1:00PM DAILY

Days off from school allow us the opportunity to connect with young animal advocates, to inspire and teach them all about the world of animal welfare. Camp is designed to educate and inspire youth to practice a lifestyle of compassion, respect and empathy through the humane treatment of animals.  We emphasize responsible pet care and foster children’s understanding and concern for all species.

Camp will run Thursday November 4 through Friday November 5, 9:00am – 1:00pm each day. Camp is held at St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center’s Madison campus located at 575 Woodland Avenue. *Please note that peanut butter is used in our shelter. Camp is not a volunteering opportunity for children. This year, outdoor camp activities will be included and may include a nature walk around the property, pet-related games, and making animal enrichment crafts. Guest speakers, both live and virtual, will bring a variety of topics and animals for the campers to meet. Critter Camp will leave children with memorable experiences and an appreciation and compassion for animals.

Registration fee = $100
